Factory Overview
Dongguan Chuangyao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating production, manufacturing, and sales. The company focuses on the research and development of PCBA solutions, customized development of wireless charging device receivers and transmitters, as well as the production of wireless watch charging devices.

Personnel Structure
The company has eight major departments, namely the Administration Department, Finance Department, Sales Department, Procurement Department, R&D Department, PMC (Production and Material Control Department), Production Department, and Quality Department, with a total of over 300 employees.

Strong R&D Capabilities
The company boasts a strong and professional design team with more than 20 members, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and structural engineers. Team members have over 10 years of rich experience in wireless charging design and production. Moreover, the company attaches great importance to R&D investment. Since its establishment, the proportion of R&D expenses in operating revenue has been increasing year by year and has now reached 17%. Up to now, the company has independently developed more than 40 PCBA solutions, which have been gradually put into production and sales, receiving positive market feedback.

High Production Capacity
The company has a 4,000-square-meter SMT (Surface Mount Technology) dust-free workshop equipped with 4 SMT production lines. It adopts a full set of advanced Yamaha production equipment, including automatic board conveyors, solder paste printers, high-speed chip mounters, high-temperature reflow soldering machines, AOI optical automatic inspection machines, etc. The daily delivery volume of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) modules exceeds 40,000 pieces. In addition, the DIP (Through-Hole Soldering) workshop has 3 production lines with more than 60 skilled workers. The assembly line of the factory is staffed with more than 20 skilled technicians, with a daily production capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 pieces. Meanwhile, the factory is also equipped with screw machines, dispensing machines, air compressors, aging cabinets, as well as high and low temperature testers to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.

Quality Inspection Measures
The company has established a professional Quality Department, covering IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), FQC (Final Quality Control), and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control), which conducts strict inspections on incoming materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. In addition, the QE (Quality Engineer) is responsible for formulating inspection standards (SIP) and quality improvement plans, leading customer complaint analysis (8D reports), SPC (Statistical Process Control) data monitoring, and promoting quality management processes such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

Quality Certifications
The company has passed the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification and has independently developed a dedicated EPR (Material/Process Management) system. The products produced by the company have passed certifications such as CE and FCC and comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standard.
